Terms of use
Draft pending legal review. This is not legal advice and must not be published without review.
1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Loopita you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. [NAME OR COMPANY NAME] owns Loopita.
2. Using the app
We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use Loopita on your devices for non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, decompile or distribute the app, or use automated tools, cheats or bugs to alter your progress or anyone else's.
3. Puzzles, loopies and experience
Loopies and experience (XP) are in-game items with no monetary value: they cannot be exchanged for money and have no value outside the app. Shop items are cosmetic and do not affect puzzle results. We may adjust prices, rewards, quests or content to keep the game balanced.
4. Ads and purchases
The app shows ads. If purchases or subscriptions are offered in the future, their terms (price, renewal, cancellation and withdrawal) will be shown before you buy and added to these terms [ADD purchase and Pro/Premium subscription terms once they exist]. Purchases are handled through Google Play or the App Store.
5. Intellectual property
The app, its design, the Loopita mascot, texts and game content belong to its owner or licensors. Word lists are generated from permissively licensed sources. No rights are granted over the Loopita name or logo.
6. Availability and changes
We try to keep Loopita working at all times but do not guarantee it is error-free or uninterrupted. We may change, suspend or withdraw features or the app itself.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Loopita is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect losses arising from its use, including loss of progress stored on your device. This does not limit the rights the law gives consumers.
8. Privacy
How data is processed is explained in the privacy policy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law [CONFIRM jurisdiction and governing law], without prejudice to the rights of consumers in their country of residence.
