Delete my data

You do not need an account to play and, without one, your progress (games, streaks, loopies, Loopita and settings) is stored only on your device. So we hold none of your game data on any server and cannot delete it for you: you can delete it yourself in a moment.

On Android

1. Open Settings → Apps → Loopita → Storage.
2. Tap "Clear data" (or "Clear storage"). All progress is removed.
3. Or uninstall the app: everything is removed as well.

On iPhone

1. Touch and hold the Loopita icon → Remove App → Delete App.
2. The app and its progress are removed.

Ad data

Ads are served by Google AdMob. To reset your advertising ID: on Android, Settings → Google → Ads → Reset advertising ID; on iPhone, Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Inside the app, Settings lets you change your consent where required.

Optional account

If you created an account, you will be able to delete it from the app and from this page. [UPDATE when accounts launch: in-app path (Settings → Account → Delete account) and web deletion procedure]

Waitlist

If you joined the website waitlist, write to hola@loopita.app from that address and we will delete it within 30 days.
